Junior Expert National Champion Kyle Marshall had this to say about his award: "Receiving this award came as a bit of a shock to me but I am very excited I got the "nod." I am really looking forward to building on my season from last year and making steps to becoming the top junior in the world next year!"

Here is Kyle, I think in Monte Saint Anne, this summer showing off-

Want to see our Warehouse?

This is titled Ghetto shop tour #2 for a reason, that is what it is and the first one was even worse so enjoy the show!

This is where the magic happens and we are pretty proud of what we have achieved over the many years of working our buts off to get to this point. The icing on the cake was taking front cover of American Machinist not anything that will sky rocket Straitline’s sales through the roof but the CNC dorks can sure have a good read!

Check it out here AMERICAN MACHINIST!

Oh and this young gun needs some love!

Local ripper Dean Tennant is also up for the award…

It is a hard choice as I know them both but let me fill you in on Deans dark secrets…

DEAN TENNANT:

Now for the sake of FAIR voting we should look into Kyle's life too…

KYLE MARSHALL:

I hope this makes it a fair fight!

Go Vote now and do what’s right for all of humanities sake!

OMG that didn’t hurt!

Kyle dropped by the warehouse to show a proof of Life!

He eats nails that's how tough he is… but being the direct descendant of Zeus himself it is totally understandable.

OMG This is going to hurt!

The positive side of this is that I have never seen such a cool shot!

Bad side is that we know him and can feel the pain!

Kyle Marshall is one tough mofo!  He raced his first Worlds at Monte Saint Anne and here he is seen at Bromont purposely pulling the best POD ever!  Riding for team Pinkbike / XMS /Devinci / Straitline Kyle has been pushing hard and as you can see, it only takes one slip up and you go down hard.

Good news is that he is okay, His mom Jane emailed the details and it consists of a badly bruised body … take a peek at the crash video.

Pay attention to all the concerned fans who dropped everything to see if he is okay, it’s like as if they were waiting for him to do a few more rolls so it can all be on film!

Lets get that in Slow Mo…

I cannot find any humor in this, he went down hard!

Get better Kyle!

I fell into a wormhole!

I don’t know where the last ten days went but a lot has happened and almost too much to blog!

Team Pinkbikes Kyle Marshall took the Canadian Nationals Junior with our platform pedals underfoot. His time put him 2nd overall if he was in the Pro’s! And last weekend in his first WorldCup race qualified a respectable 74th!

Team Lama Cycles took second place with the finesse of Simon Garstin at the Canadian Nationals…

And in Lama Cycles Race team slayed it at Monte Saint Anne! Check out their site for news….

Big shout out to MTBcut/Cyclejersey rider Ben Cathro for hitting a great final run to squeeze into the top 20!  Team MTBCUT runs a full custom set up by Straitline, stoked to see him finish top 20!

Anyone find the UCI site to be impossible to navigate? I am still searching for results…
